The refund policy requires subscription cancellation at least seven days before the next billing cycle. A billed cycle is nonrefundable. Dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned; damaged or incorrect orders should be reported within seven days of delivery. These deadlines are different from a general change-of-mind refund.
