SermorelinReport

Editorial policy

Last updated September 2026.

This site publishes what sermorelin sellers put on their own pages, with the date we read it and the billing cycle attached. It does not rank sellers by price, it does not name a cheapest, and it does not publish a number a seller did not publish.

Where a price comes from

Every figure on this site was read from the seller’s own sermorelin page and is republished with the date it was read. Not one record on the roster is undated, including the ones where the finding is that there was no price to read.

We do not estimate, convert or average. A prepaid total is not divided into a monthly rate, a nightly dose is not multiplied into a weekly one, and a figure quoted on a four-week cycle is not restated as a month anywhere except in the calculator, which does the arithmetic in front of you, holds no prices and names no seller.

What is refused as a price

A number with no billing cycle is not a price. Two numbers a page never distinguishes are not a price either. Sellers that publish nothing we could qualify keep a row saying so rather than a figure we tidied up, and where a seller does print a figure we refused, that figure is recorded on its review page beside the reason it was refused.

The distinction is drawn on the board itself. A standing rate, an advertised “from” floor, a prepaid total and an introductory price each draw a different mark and each say which they are in words, because a floor almost nobody pays must never look like a rate everybody pays.

Why no board names a cheapest

Not one comparison board on this site is ordered by price. They are ordered by a disclosure score out of 100 — what a seller publishes about its own figure — because the figures on this roster sit on incompatible bases and sorting them by the number would compare things that are not the same thing.

Membership of a board is a rule applied to the whole roster, never a list somebody kept. The rule is printed on the board, and the table is checked against it every time the site is published, so a seller cannot be added or left off by hand. Sellers that pay us a commission come first in their group, identified by a Partner badge. That position is the only thing paying us buys. Below it, each group is ordered by what each seller states about its own figure: the kind of price first, then the figure itself. The price, the dose, the score and the review read the same either way. The order inside each group is derived from what each seller states about its own figure and from nothing else, and that is checked on every build too.

What we will not publish

How a claim about the drug is sourced

A claim about sermorelin itself — what it is, what the FDA approved, what a study found — cites a document we hold a copy of, and every quotation is checked against that copy, word for word, each time the site is built. A claim we cannot source that way does not go on the page.

Our own counts are held to the same test. They are counted over the sermorelin seller pages we read, and every one of them is worked out again when the site is built rather than typed in, so a figure that no longer matches those pages stops the build instead of going stale. Where a published figure cannot be reproduced that way, the page printing it says so rather than carrying a number worked out afterwards to fit.

Who writes this

Ray Kaminski, who covers specialty pharmacy pricing and the economics of compounding; what he does and how the numbers are made is on the about page. This is a pricing desk: it publishes what sellers charge and what documents say, and it does not publish medical advice. What to take, and whether to take it, are questions for a licensed clinician — see the medical disclaimer.

Where money is, and where it is not

A commission from some of the companies on this roster is what pays for the reading, and it can affect where a seller sits on a board. It changes nothing we publish about that seller, and the companies we earn nothing from are on the same boards, in the same tables, with the same figures. The disclosure page sets out what paying us buys and what it does not.

Our explainers carry a partner card and a short list of sellers, and both are labeled: the card labels its seller as a Partner and explains that partner links can earn a commission, and a seller that pays us is marked as paying us. Payment does not change a word of the article itself, or which sellers its tables and counts include.

This page and the rest of our policy pages carry no partner links. Our calculators may show a separate, disclosed partner sidebar. Their inputs, formulas and results use your figures and are independent of payment.

Corrections

When a published figure turns out to be wrong we change it and say so. The corrections page sets out what counts as a correction and carries the log.
